Hope Little Uses Shapely Styles to Bring Creatures to Life

In her latest work titled Triangle Animals, Hope Little focuses on the power of shapes to create pieces that add a new twist to creature portraits.

To be more specific, the triangle is the main shape Hope Little used in the project, as she wanted to "keep things clean and simple," according to the quote sited on DesignTaxi.com. Her goal certainly comes through, as each illustration contains clear triangular shapes, but is also quite lifelike at the same time. Her attention to detail is amazing, with my personal favorite being the tiger design. The piece features the creature bearing its teeth for all to see, which is surprisingly scary considering the artwork consists of numerous small triangles that could take away from the realist element Little was trying to achieve.
