These Hillary Clinton Portraits Were Taken On The Campaign Trail

Artist Kalliope Amorphous has been traveling the country capturing Hillary Clinton portraits as the Democratic nominee makes her way through campaign events in all 50 states.

Best known for her work in experimental and conceptual photography, Amorphous states on her website that she has put all other projects on hold to focus on capturing these emotive and candid portraits of Hillary Clinton. Through photographing Hillary, the artists sees parallels to her primary bodies of work which often focus on strength, duality and resilience.

"I dislike how the media consistently shows the most awkward photos of Hillary." says Amorphous, "They purposely shoot her at horrible angles. I'm striving to capture the opposite. I am showing the Hillary that I see." These portraits capture Hillary Clinton in candid moments from the campaign trail.
