The Hiku Scanner Lets You Avoid Going Shopping For Groceries

The Hiku is an innovative sensor button that is designed to help you avoid screw-ups with your shopping list, and in fact avoid going grocery shopping altogether.

The older version of the Hiku was equipped with a barcode scanner, built-in microphone and WiFi connectivity, with users able to scan barcodes or speak out the names of products to add them to a digital shopping list. This new version features all that and more -- it is capable of faster scanning and voice recording and improved audio capturing for better voice recognition.

It's easy to use the Hiku. When you're running low on a product, press the Hiku button, scan the barcode (or say its name) and watch the scanned item being added to your shopping list. This shopping list can then be used in conjunction with online grocery shopping or can be taken with you when you hit the supermarket.
