Neumann Unveils Its Latest High-End MT 48 Audio Interface

Neumann and Merging Technologies have revealed its latest high-end audio interface, the Neumann MT 48 Audio Interface. The audio interface is aimed at professional musicians, engineers, and producers. The audio interface contains A/D converters with 136 dB-A of dynamic range.

The Neumann MT 48 Audio Interface consists of two mic/line preamps, a pair of Neutrik XLR-1/4" combo inputs, and two 1/4" line/Hi-Z inputs. As a result, it provides 78 dB of audio gain and ultra-low-noise recording with condenser, tube, dynamic, and low-output ribbon mics. Additionally, it offers four balanced line outputs on XLR and 1/4" connectors and two powerful 1/4" headphone outputs with 0.035-ohm outputs. The audio interface settings can be accessed through the high-resolution built-in touchscreen built into the interface. The audio interface will be available for $1,850.
