The Hertz Dream Car Program Lets Average Joes Drive Supercharged Rides

Finding a birthday gift for someone who likes cars just became a whole lot easier thanks to the Hertz Dream Car Program. The rental car company's new initiative allows averages Joes and Janes to rent a supercar for a day. That being said, the price of said rentals is probably a bit more than most Joes and Janes will be willing to spend.

For starters, the cheapest car available in the Hertz Dream Car Program is the Porsche Boxster, which goes for $400 a day. If you want to step things up, then an Audi R8 can be yours for $1,000 a day. Ferraris and Lamborghinis are also available, but they will set you back $1,500.
