Graffiti can rally the masses to a cause and once-in-awhile, it can be the source of inspiration and joy. I like the idea of happy graffiti love notes on road signs. I know that defacing a road sign is illegal, but really, how can you resist the message that "falling in love rocks"?
Though graffiti is usually an act of vandalism, it can be beautiful. The fact that so many people from many walks of life use graffiti to express themselves is nothing short of mind-boggling.
