Halo Suit for Humans

New Uniform for Soldiers (Video)

Canadian Troy Hurtubise hopes to see his halo inspired military suit marched in by our soldiers. After spending 2 years and $15,000 designing and tweaking this "armour suit" it is decked to the nines with just about everything you would ever need in battle. The suit contains endless compartments, magnetic knife and gun holsters, pepper spray, emergency lights and a fresh air system powered by solar panels withing the helmet. Weighing only 18 KG (40 LBS) the suit also has a very reliable construction. Crafted from high-impact plastic lined with ceramic bullet protection over ballistic foam. The suit has been put through the ringer as far as ballistics test are concerned, withstanding bullets from high-powered weapons, including an elephant gun. Covering everything but the fingertips and major joints, Troy hopes he can market his invention to the military. He estimates the suit can be made for $2,000 in mass production.
