Banksy Celebrates with a Halloween-Themed Art Installment

Mysterious street artist Banksy completed day 25 of his NYC-based public art series 'Better Out Than In' with a Halloween-themed art installation.

The installation featured the Grim Reaper manically riding a bumper car, accompanied by the melodic tunes of Blue Oyster Cult's 'Don't Fear the Reaper.' An automated voice also narrates over the sound of an accordion, stating "Welcome to the fair - which life isn't," "It is often said the role of art is to remind us of our own mortality" and "This sculpture perfectly represents death in that—it's a bit random."

The installation will sure to thrill Banksy's avid fans and followers as well as intrigued passerby until it is taken down. For those of you in the area, the exhibition is on Houston and Elizabeth street in NYC.
