Halloween in Vegas

6 Spooky Parties on the Strip

If you're the kind of person who loves a good Halloween party, then why not head down to Las Vegas at the end of October?

The Vegas strip is featuring an array of spooky entertainment for a guaranteed good time. Several hotels are hosting official Halloween events, but news is traveling quickly and they're booking fast.

Harrah's is hosting the Redrum 10/31 Halloween Party in the Carnival Court on October 27 (this Saturday!) and on the 31st. The "Scary-Okee" Party is taking place on the third floor of the Pagoda Tower in the Imperial Palace on Halloween. The Rio is hosting Extravaganza 2007 at Club Rio on the 30th, and Mingle & Mayhem at the VooDoo Lounge on the 31st.

The real highlight will be Cris Angel's party at PURE Nightclub on the 30th at Caesar's Palace where the person with the scariest (or sexiest) costume will win $20,000!

Not convinced this is the city to be? Consider the tremendously reduced rates at Caesars ($160 per night), Paris ($89), Rio ($79) and Bally's ($59.)

If you're still feeling too frugal for a good fright, consider that a night at the Flamingo is a low $55, and Harrah's casino and hotel only costs $45 a night!

Also, YouTube fans can meet up at the YouTube Halloween Meetup on the strip, where you're given a chance to win $10,000+ for best costume. For details, check the video.
