Born and raised in Sweden, Hakan Martensson displayed an affinity for all things food related from an early age. During his cooking studies, Hakan Martensson found himself drawn to the art of chocolate making, which then turned into an art of sculpting. Since then, Hakan Martensson's scrumptious sculptures have been displayed around the world. He has even won a silver medal during the 2006 World Cup and a bronze medal at the 2008 Culinary Olympics.
