The Grit Be Brave editorial is a part of the publication's Summer 2015 issue. Models Cam Kerekes and Jenna Roberts were showcased in the artful juxtapositions that were executed on behalf of photographer Vicki King.
King used her expertise to pair Kerekes and Roberts with one another as well as with sliced bits of onion. This made for memorable and highly unexpected snapshots, especially with the addition of bright orange and red backdrops.
Stylist Hamish Wirgman dressed Kerekes and Roberts in sheer fabrics, oversize jump suits and faded denim. Many of these pieces channeled the 1970s with a modern feel as he put together jump suits with loose t-shirts and frilled tops. When matched with food, Grit proved its will to push boundaries at each turn.
