Gravity-Infused Watch Faces

The Gravitistic Watch is Designed to Make You Focus on the Hour

Appreciating the "meaning of the hour" is the purpose behind the Gravitistic watch.

This timepiece was designed by Jaemin Jaeminlee, and sports a magnetized minute hand. This hand pulls on the numerous metal rings around the watch’s face, making it impossible to tell the exact time. This was done purposefully to create the illusion that gravity is pulling on the minutes.

Jaeminlee hoped to get wearers of the Gravitistic watch to focus more on the hour and less on the minutes, thus the inability to tell the exact time. The timepiece is just about as minimalist as they come. Its colorful and rigid strap suggests that it may very well function as a slap band. The Gravitistic watch seems to be nothing more than a design concept at the moment.
