The 'Oh Bite It' blog has produced a recipe for an unbelievably gooey grilled cheese sandwich. Not only does this sandwich contain a generous helping of American cheese, but it is also deep-fried in order to provide the perfect crispy exterior.
If you're brave enough to make this decadent sandwich you will need bread, slices of American cheese, flour, panko crumbs, eggs and canola oil for frying. Begin by assembling your cheese sandwiches and then coating them in flour. Dip each sandwich into an egg mixture and then cover with panko bread crumbs. Carefully place your sandwiches in a hot fryer and do not remove them until they are golden brown on all sides.
The end result is a gooey grilled cheese sandwich that is not for the faint of heart.
