The beers from the South London brewery include the Trail Ale and the Swell Lager, which are both crafted with regenerative barley sourced from Wildfarmed. The beers also feature recaptured hops that have been removed after fermentation from a previous batch to use an ingredient that would otherwise be thrown away.
