Gigs 2 Go is Made from Recycled Paper and Plastic

Gigs 2 Go is perhaps the greenest piece of tech ever created. While that may be a slight exaggeration, you have to admit that USBs made of post-consumer recycled paper that are both renewable and biodegradable are about as green as tech gets. Gigs 2 Go was created by BOL Tgroup and come in packs of four. Each USB can be ripped off the pack for easy access.

The paper that the USBs come on can be written on, making it easy to label your thumb drives. Data is stored in a chip-on-board (COB) memory stick. According to the creators, COB sticks are more rugged than regular USBs and are both waterproof and shockproof. BOL Tgroup is raising money on Kickstarter for a production run of Gigs 2 Go. The company is seeking $14,000 in pledges.
