VR Theme Park Rides

The Thorpe Park Ghost Train will Scare Guests with Immersive Thrills

Patrons traditionally visited theme parks to ride roller coasters and maybe see a show, but the new Thorpe Park Ghost Train ride is designed to reimagine the experience. Rather than just offering guests a spooky ride, the attraction will require passengers to wear an HTC Vive virtual reality headset. This allows guests to be totally immersed in the experience that lasts about 10 to 15-minutes and offers various journeys and two different endings.

The scary Thorpe Park Ghost Train ride is set to unveil in May 2016 and has been created in collaboration with Derren Brown. Those looking to ride the ride as soon as it unveils can purchase advanced tickets now to be one of the first to experience it when it opens in the spring.
