This Gelato and Sorbet Takes Cues from Popular Cannabis Strains

Cannabis brand SHERBINSKIS teamed up with Gelato Festival founder Gabriele Poli to create THC-free vegan gelato and sorbet pints and cones inspired by popular strains. Sunset Sherbert and the oat milk-based Bacio Gelato 41 both share their names with some of SHERBINSKIS' top cannabis strains and they offer a unique experience of Gelato Festival's frozen treats. As Poli describes, "We want to use this launch to emphasize that making people smile has a social value that cannot be underestimated. What better way to do that than with pairings: your favorite gelato flavor with your favorite gelato flower?"

When it comes to enjoying these treats, there are plenty of ways to do so, as the Gelato Festival shop and the SHERBINSKIS Los Angeles dispensary offer pints of different sizes. There are also cones that can be enjoyed with white chocolate accents and even a refreshing vegan popsicle format that can be used to cool off on a hot day.
