Baltic Fruit-Flavored Sodas

Gardu Muti Offers Sodas with No Artificial Flavors

Gardu Muti is a Latvian soda with branding designed by the creative agency Asketic Mikelis Bastiks, which decided to make the soda front and center rather than making the labels stand out excessively.

The collection of sodas aims to represent flavors that are unique to the Baltics, offering a distinct difference from the cola, orange and lime flavors that are so common in most sodas on the market. The flavors offered in the collection include quince, chokeberry, lingonberry, wild berry and a plain soda water. The sodas come in tall glass bottles that display their contents' vivid colors prominently, while simple labeling and botanical images make up the labels themselves.

These additive and artificial flavor-free sodas do an excellent job of capturing some of the food-related culture of the Baltics.
