With its impeccable rhythm, this dancing robot puts many humans to shame. The viral video Gangnam Style has resulted in many parody videos of people imitating Psy’s incredibly cheesy dance moves, now it’s CHARLI-2’s turn. Created in the Virginia Tech College of Engineering’s Robotics and Mechanisms Laboratory, this is America’s first full-sized humanoid autonomous robot. With its smooth dance moves, including swaying from side to side, turning its head, moving its arms, tapping its feet and bouncing its knees up and down, the more you watch the CHARLI-2 robot move, the more human it appears.
