Powered by sustainably sourced ingredients, the free-from tea cookies can be found in two varieties: Peach & Pomegranate Superfood Tea Cookies and Reishi & Chaga Adaptogen Tea Cookies. The latter, made with mushrooms, reinvents classic shortbread with a boost from mushrooms that have been revered for their numerous benefits for thousands of years.
Both nutritious cookies are made with a gluten-free flour base with alternative flours such as sweet rice and whole-grain brown rice flour, potato starch and more.
