Qantas Will Offer Netflix and Spotify as Free In-Flight Entertainment

Free in-flight entertainment like movies, TV shows and music make long flights much more enjoyable, but Qantas Airline is taking it up a notch by offering access to Netflix and Spotify. The Australian airline is taking wifi in the sky to new heights, offering passengers the ability to stream their favorite content and binge watch when traveling.

In addition to teaming up with streaming giants Spotify and Netflix, Qantas also partnered with television app Foxtel to expand their free in-flight entertainment. Even though all three of these services have a fee involved, anyone can sign up for a free trial. This option will become available later this month on domestic flights down under. Qantas is also providing faster wifi access, which is reported to be 10 times faster than their current Internet service.
