The 'Frammento' Skateboards by Paolo Gentile Have an Eco Aesthetic

The 'Frammento' skateboards have been designed by Paolo Gentile as a series of sports gear that puts a focus on sustainability and premium aesthetics to offer an alternative to virgin material equipment.

The skateboards are achieved with End-of-Life tires (ELTs), which are chopped into granules before being mixed with glue and press-molded into a skateboard shape. The final product is a perfect eco-friendly option for skateboard riders as they have a naturally soft, durable and resilient profile that makes them ideal for riding in an array of environments.

The 'Frammento' skateboards were created by the recent graduate from the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan with the help of Ecopneus and Casei Ecosystems who guided the designer with knowledge regarding ELTs.
