A new feature on upcoming models of Ford manufactured vehicles will allow parents to have a speed limit placed on how fast their children can drive.
"The feature, called ‘MyKey,’ will be standard on an unspecified number of Ford models when the 2010 cars and trucks come out late next summer," according to AP. "The feature will spread to the entire Ford, Lincoln and Mercury lineup as models are updated, spokesman Wes Sherwood said."
In addition to being able to set speed limits, parents will also be able to set radio volume limits, as well as sound permanent audio warnings if seat belts are not worn.
