Floating Swedish Hotels

The Salt & Sill is Sweden's First

Sweden has its first floating hotel thanks to the creative owners of Salt & Sill. Its stunning location is alongside the company’s popular restaurant on Herring Island in Kladesholmen.

Not only has Susanna and Patrick Hermansson created a stylish 46-bed accommodation, but the couple has done their best to keep impact on the surrounding environment to a minimum. Local materials were used in the construction and a lobster reef was built along side the structure from leftover rocks.

From your room or lounging on the deck, beautiful views of the Swedish landscape are bountiful.
