Brain Dead Unveils the 'FiveFingers' on a Pair of Japanese Getas

Brain Dead has designed a pair of traditional Japanese geta shoes that have Vibram’s FiveFingers rubber role engraved into the wood. The release comes as a part of Vibram Lab’s Milan ‘FiveFingers’ anniversary exhibition, incorporating a carved-out space to showcase five toes with grooves and detailing resembling a full foot. The shoes rest on a wooden sole that is elevated by two wooden teeth on each side.

The Vibram logo and Brain Dead head motif are visible on the bottom of the shoe, along with black gripping on the teeth. A full rubber shoe sole is available to keep your toes protected while wearing the geta. The new Vibram FiveFingers geta shoe fuses traditional Japanese culture with a stylish and functional footwear silhouette.
