Reebok Challenges Korean Commuters to Keep Fit While Waiting for a Train

Since about 74% of Korean office workers recognize that they could use more exercise, Reebok created the 'Subway Pump Battle' in order to get people off their seats and onto their feet while waiting for the next train.

The battle specifically targeted people who were idly sitting down, using photos to launch unsuspecting people into a game as either player one or two. The game involved hitting the buttons that lit up and if a player was fast enough, they were rewarded with a brand new pair of Reebok ZPump Fusion sneakers.

This concept is similar to the machines installed at Moscow subway stations during the Russian Sochi 2014 Olympics, however this South Korean example is way more competitive and makes fitness a by-product of fun.
