Peloton Debuted a Podcast Dubbed 'Fitness Flipped' by Peloton Studios

Peloton, the beloved fitness brand, recently announced the launch of a new podcast -- 'Fitness Flipped' by Peloton Studios. The new podcast is hosted by Peloton Instructor Tunde Oyeneyin.

Tunde and guests explore a topic that feels more relevant than ever in the first episode of "Fitness Flipped": stress. The podcast discusses what stress is, how it manifests in our lives, what we do about it, and how the community can help us to manage it. As Tunde states: "In order to flip the script and make a change, we have to really understand what we're dealing with, and what we're dealing with is stress."

Weekly in-depth episodes will be available on Tuesdays through the Peloton App, and shorter episodes highlighting Member stories will be available Thursdays through wherever you listen to podcasts. During each episode, the topic will be explored in depth. The first episode is slated to be released on March 8th.
