First Light Whiskey Boast Natural Coffee Extracts

First Light Whiskey is a new coffee whiskey born out of San Diego. The beverages is available in both Original and Dark Roast blends (both 33% ABV) and is crafted with American whiskey, organic agave syrup, natural coffee extracts — and no artificial ingredients.

Family-owned First Light was created by cousins David Elizondo and Ryan Espinoza after Elizondo came up with the craft whiskey distilling business project during his MBA program at San Diego State University. As a pair of outdoor adventurers, Elizondo and Espinoza were inspired by daily surf reports, where first light time is more relevant than when the sun actually creeps over the horizon. Thus, the name "First Light" was born, and as such, the brand came to represent "new days, new adventures and new moments to celebrate life with loved ones — over a chilled glass of coffee whiskey or craft cocktail."
