Fuseproject Wants to Provide Global Access to a Filtered Water System

The San Francisco Fuseproject studio of Yves Behar has devised a campaign in order to encourage hotels and catering services to localize their filtered water system networks so that they no longer have to import plastic bottles.

Cutting down on plastic waste, toxic chemicals, food miles as well as their overall carbon footprint will help hotels reduce costs all while making a positive environmental impact. As part of the Whole World Water project campaign for connecting tourist accommodations with local water filtering services, a polished glass bottle was designed, embossed with the wavy 'WWW' logo that also serves as a grip.

Hoping to raise $1 billion annually, the Fuseproject localized filtered water system project will donate 10% of all proceeds to the Whole World Water Fund.
