Fenty Beauty announces its plans to launch a new online shopping feature that lets customers virtually try on cosmetic shades.

The new Try Shade On platform is powered by Perfect Corp. - a company specializing in AR and AI beauty technology. Customers are invited to virtually try on over 400 cosmetic product shades for the face, eyes, cheeks, and lips. This new technology lets Fenty Beauty customers easily test out cosmetic shades from the comfort of their own homes.

The virtual try-on technology works by creating a live photo adaptation of a person's face and subsequently adding a Fenty shade onto the face. The new Try Shade On will join Fenty Beauty's current virtual offering such as Shade Finder and Virtual Consultation.
