On weekends, the Jolly Trolley operates a 35–45-minute route along Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, departing from the Fannie May flagship store. Guests who reserve tickets through Eventbrite receive priority boarding, while walk-up participants may join at any of the four designated Chocolate Stops, depending on capacity. This format allows for both planned and spontaneous participation.
During weekdays, the trolley appears as a stationary pop-up at locations such as the Christkindlmarket, select suburban community hubs, and participating Jewel stores. Visitors can explore the photo-friendly trolley and purchase Fannie May chocolates on-site, extending the celebration across the region.
