Twenty One Toys' 'Failure Toy' Explores Challenges, Opportunity & Innovation

Following the creation of its 'Empathy Toy,' Twenty One Toys set out to create the 'Failure Toy,' which has been years in the works. As Twenty One Toys founder Ilana Ben-Ari describes, "Designing a toy that teaches failure has been the single most challenging and meta project I’ve ever undertaken."

While Twenty One Toys is not planning to make its Failure Tous available for public purchase until mid-2019, it is offering Failure Toy Workshops for teams that are interested in creatively approaching problems, as well as balancing risk and opportunity in the pursuit of innovation.

The Failure Toy teaches that failure is not something to be feared or avoided but rather something to be practiced and skillfully developed over time.
