The Wi-Fi-enabled security camera can monitor who is home at any given time. It begins by sensing motion, and then identifying what (or, more accurately, who) caused that motion. Using geofencing, the Netatmo Welcome goes one step further, monitoring the coming-and-goings of a residence. When it understands that someone is home, the camera's alerts are lowered, assuming that whoever is there can hold down the fort.
The Netatmo Welcome boasts HD clarity, night vision and a 130-degree optical range. Users can also look to the Android and iOS app to live stream what's happening in their homes.
