Wrinkle Prevention Exercise

Yoga Face

Celebrity name-dropping New York yoga teacher Annelise Hagen of the prerequisitely snobby New York Health & Racquet Club is promoting Face Yoga.

According the Hagen, the bizarre facial exercises prevent aging and wrinkles and is practiced by stars like Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston. Face Yoga is the latest way to combine yoga, fear of aging/plastic surgery and desperation into a strange and somewhat humorous, though ultimately useless, activity.

Hagen says doing it daily will give skin "more elastic, less saggy and deliver a more glowing, youthful complexion". Can't make it to her classes? She's also launched a book called Yoga Face: Eliminate Wrinkles With The Ultimate Natural Facelift which can be bought on Amazon.
