Those who have gotten face paint designs on them as a child or for Halloween have probably never had anything as complex as Natalie Sharp's. The artist decided to paint her face in homage to her favorite albums for Record Store Day, which just happened this past Saturday.
Sharp is a musician, too, so she has a strong appreciation and passion towards her favorite recording artists. Lone Taxidermist (her stage name) took over four days to paint all of the eight covers that she chose to depict on her face. Each cover took between three to six hours to paint. She didn't even use any stencils with the face paint: it was done completely freehand. The detail is so amazing that Natalie's face looks surreal.
