In order to recreate the espresso tonic at home, all you will need is two ounces of espresso plus six ounces of tonic water. You can also throw in some ice cubes to keep things nice and cool. For bonus points, you can garnish the beverage with a colorful straw or drink it out of a festive glass. Mason jars are almost always acceptable.
