Illusory Cabinets and Lighting in Impossible Shapes

This fabulous cabinet by Antoine + Manuel and the accompanying light boxes seem to be a recreation of a M.C. Escher illustration. The center section of the pure white shelving unit has numerous arched windows, doorways and staircases to nowhere. The work is similar to Escher's 'Relativity' and 'Convex and Concave' illustrations, which I've included from the artist's official website.

The shiny black light box also replicates the 'impossible' structures the Dutch artist made famous.
