Chipotle Announced New Developments to Its Staff Resources

To help its staff better their remote work routines and also provide them with more professional and personal development opportunities, Chipotle launched a series of virtual programs.

As a part of the change, the company introduced the United Network of Influencers Furthering Inclusion and Ethnic Diversity resource group, which consists of smaller groups that aim to bring employees together and celebrate diversity. As Fast Casual reports, a few of the program components featured in the update include virtual round table discussions, quarterly diversity and inclusion training, and a minority mentorship program.

Marissa Andrada, Chief Diversity, Inclusion and People Officer for Chipotle spoke to the update, stating "Our employees are seeking real connection more than ever before, and it's our responsibility to cultivate an environment where they can continue to thrive and pursue their passions with like-minded co-workers, even in a virtual setting."
