Eat What You Wear With Emily Crane Haute Edible Couture

Taking a more classy approach to edible fashion, Emily Crane designed the Emily Crane Haute Edible Couture series.

Rather than using needles, thread or other traditional materials, Crane chose to mentor under food scientist Heston Blumenthal and create this Emily Crane Haute Edible Couture out of gelatin, seaweed and food dyes. Crane's work will be displayed September 17th at London Fashion Week's Vauxhall Fashion Scout in Covent Garden.
