Elizabeth Raine is a 27-year-old medical student who is auctioning off her virginity online. She started off by showing pictures of her body and hiding her face from the public. Five weeks later, she has decided to make her face public and face her critics. The student is using the name Elizabeth Raine in order to protect her real identity. She has been running the online virginity auction since March 31 and the bidding will end on May 7.
The reason she has chosen to show her face is to attract more bids from people that may have skeptical of her looks. Currently the bid is listed at $300,000, but she has received bids as high as $550,000.
Elizabeth Raine says that, "I've been planning this for a year and I've had a personal transformation because of it, I'm more educated about prostitution, virginity and slut-shaming."
