The Twitter bird is in sharp focus too, with whatever else is in the background sort of hazy.

The ads implore people not to read the news from the El Comercio Twitter account and drive at the same time, since as these ads demonstrate, that ever-tweeting blue bird can be quite the distraction on the road.
