Munchies-Locating Apps

This Eating App Pairs Local Food Spots with Different Strains of Marijuana

This eating app was designed by Sierra Leone native Anari Sengbe at the Disrupt Hackathon with the marijuana-induced munchies in mind. The app's main function is to provide local food spots to users based on peer reviews and suggestions.

By simply clicking "Spark," a list of local suggestions will pop up, or users can "spark" conversations with other like-minded smokers, recommending related strains, food, music and movies. The app then guides users to the restaurants' websites, looking to make direct partnerships in the future.

'FoodHigh.Club' aims to maintain privacy as well by using Bitcoins to pay, preventing any personal information from being given. As the app doesn't actually sell marijuana, only suggesting certain strains to be paired with particular food, the site is entirely law-abiding.
