Thought-Powered Remotes

Change Channels with Your Thoughts with the 'E-Mote Tv' Remote

The 'E-Mote Tv' remote control may just be the most unusual, yet genius, concept for channel-surfing ever created. This one-of-a-kind remote was comprised by french technology design company ACCeS.

The remote works by selecting programs through thought patterns. It looks at what you are feeling and thinking about and will match the closest channel on the TV to those thoughts.

The 'E-Mote Tv' remote is worn over the ear with close proximity to the head. The temple’s sensor on the E-Mote scans your neuron activity. Then, in a fraction of a second, the information is translated into a language your television will understand using infrared technology.

To some people the 'E-Mote Tv remote' may seem very futuristic, but it is set to be released in May of this year.
