A Subdued Presentation for Dries Van Noten Fall/Winter 2010

In a luxurious setting fit for royalty, models glided down the catwalk for the Dries van Noten Fall/Winter 2010 presentation. Once inside, guests such as Jane Birkin and Jared Leto were treated to a far more subdued collection than what van Noten fans are typically accustomed to.

The decadent setting was not an indication of the direction to which van Noten took his collection. Muted floral prints in deep cool tones, leopard print vests and scarves, and army green and grey prevailed. The Dries van Noten Fall/Winter 2010 collection was inspired by silhouettes of the '50s and '60s, and looked at elegance in a novel new way.
