Deodorant Viral Inspired by Japanese Puppet Theatre

Dove Lighting Bolt of Terror Ad

Dove has made some pretty smashing commercials in the past, and it seems the creative teams behind them aren't resting on their laurels.

Their latest spot has again been launched into a viral state, and it's nothing like anything we've seen from Dove before. The ads, created by Ogilvy Brazil, promote Dove Invisible Dry in an extremely bizarre spot inspired by Japanese puppet theatre.

In the video, a young girl dressed in a flowy summer dress is having a great time until she's attacked by a thunder cloud. With a ridiculous amount of drama, she digs through her purse looking for something to protect her, yet things like the umbrella she stashed won't save her. Guess what finally helps...
