Doughp's New Product is Made with Upcycled Brewers' Grains

Doughp teamed up with ReGrained to create a brand-new product that features upcycled brewers’ grains and helps to make the most of a by-product of the process of making beer. Enriched with the ReGrained SuperGrain+ blend, the Beast Mode Brownie cookie dough has twice the protein content and six times more fiber than the brand's other cookie dough flavors.

Kelsey Moreira, founder of Doughp, says that "Creating a ridiculously tasty treat that is also environmentally friendly is a win-win." A variety of products are being created from scratch using industry by-products or infusing they are being infused into recipes for the additional benefits they provide.

Notably, the ReGrained SuperGrain+ blend boasts 75% fewer net carbs than conventional flour and it has the potential to be used in both sweet and savory applications.
