Real-Life Toy Car Ramps

The Double Loop Dare Brings Hot Wheels to Life

The Double Loop Dare is every little boys dream come true. It is a life-size model of the Hot Wheels Double Dare Snare kids toy. Not only is it a large-scale replica, it is entirely in working order. So much so that race car drivers Tanner Foust and Greg Tracy will be giving it a go at the end of June during the Summer X-Games in Los Angeles.

Driving two custom-built cars, they will dare the Double Loop Dare on
"separate tracks at 52mph that merge into a 60-foot vertical loop with a gravitational force of 7 Gs," according to Psfk. Unlike the car jump ramp the Team Hot Wheels put together earlier in the year, the Double Loop Dare is much more mind-bogglingly surreal and, of course, out-of-this-world.
