Explicitly Illuminated Editorials

The L'Officiel Singapore Double Edge Photoshoot is Brightly Lit

The L'Officiel Singapore Double Edge editorial is currently on display in the publication's May 2015 issue. Model Julia Banas is literally illuminated in the production which focuses not only on fashion, but also on striking lighting stemming from orange, blue and red-hued bulbs.

Stylist Magda Jagnicka ensured that the lighting in Double Edge didn't take away from the bold nature of the apparel showcased. In photographer Lukasz Pukowiec's images, Jagnicka displayed numerous eye-catching pieces, including a long checkered blazer, an all-white two-piece suit and a plunging sheer gown.

Eclecticism is also central to this L'Officiel Singapore production. In addition to the artful backdrop were items inspired by numerous decades, seen in flared 1970s-themed trousers and chunky 1960s-esque high heeled boots.
