Apcsilmic, the China-based computer manufacturer, debuted the 'DOT 1 Mini PC.' This is an ARM-based computer that runs on a Qualcomm SC7180 processor. Apcsilmic has a single goal of creating ARM-based computers that outperform x86-based PCs. Currently, the PC market is largely dominated by x86 chip manufacturers such as Intel and AMD.
