I remember playing dominoes during lunch in high school, but never would I have thought that these playful tiles would be useful for anything else other than passing the time -- now you can tell the time with the Domino Clock.
Designed by Seattle-based Carbon Design Group, the Domino Clock is comprised of three dominoes. The first represents the hour and the remaining two represents the minutes. To overcome difficult engineering, they devised a custom actuator to flip the dots from black to white as the seconds tick by.
